What is Resovu?+
Resovu is an online booking system designed for beauty salons, fitness studios, massage studios, and other service providers. It lets you accept bookings 24/7, manage clients, and accept payments — all in one place.
Do I need to install any software?+
No. Resovu runs entirely in the browser. Just sign up and you can start. It works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The free plan includes up to 3 services, 45 bookings per month, and 1 staff member. No credit card required.
Can I try the system before buying?+
Of course. Start with the free plan and upgrade anytime. No long-term commitments.

Features

Does Resovu support Google Calendar sync?+
Yes. Two-way Google Calendar sync is available from the Starter plan. All bookings are automatically synced to your calendar and vice versa.
Can clients book online?+
Yes. Every tenant has a public booking page that you can share or embed on your website using the embed widget.
Does Resovu support loyalty programs?+
Yes. From the Starter plan, you can set up loyalty points for each booking. Clients can see them in their portal and redeem them on future visits.
Can I manage multiple locations?+
Yes. The Enterprise plan supports multi-location management. Each location has its own services, staff, and bookings.

Pricing & Payments

What are the prices?+
We offer 4 paid plans from €12/month (Starter) to €59/month (Enterprise). Save 2 months with annual billing.
What payment methods do you support?+
We accept card payments via Stripe. Your clients can pay directly when booking. Everything is PCI-DSS compliant.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.

GDPR & Security

Is Resovu GDPR compliant?+
Yes. Data is hosted on EU servers (Supabase, Frankfurt). We implement consent management, cookie banners, and the right to data deletion.
Where is my data stored?+
All data is stored in an EU data center in Frankfurt. We use encryption at rest and in transit.
Can clients request deletion of their data?+
Yes. Clients can request deletion of their personal data through the client portal or by contacting Resovu support.
Do you support a cookie consent banner?+
Yes. An automatic cookie consent banner is included on every booking page and complies with GDPR requirements.

Technical

How many languages does Resovu support?+
Resovu supports 9 languages: Czech, English, French, German, Slovak, Polish, Hungarian, Spanish, and Norwegian.
Can I embed the booking widget on my website?+
Yes. An embed code is available that you can paste into any website. The widget adapts to your brand colors.
What is the system uptime?+
We target 99.9% uptime. Check the current status on our Status page.
Do you offer API access?+
Yes. API access is available on the Enterprise plan. It enables integration with your internal systems or third-party applications.
