Guests choose their dates in a calendar that shows the price for each night. Minimum stays, arrival days and gaps are already respected, and before paying they see the full price breakdown, including the tourist tax paid on site.

Confirmation and arrival information sent for you
The guest gets a confirmation with nights, guests, the price breakdown, the date until which they can cancel for free, and an .ics file for their calendar. A set number of days before arrival, Resovu sends your check-in instructions automatically.

Prices and rules you set
Everything a host needs to price a stay, calculated for the guest before they pay.

Arrival, registration number and online check-in
Check-in instructions are e-mailed automatically. Your registration number, such as the Italian CIN, is shown on the page. In Italy, guests complete online check-in after booking and you download the file for Alloggiati Web.

Resovu is not a channel manager. It exchanges booked dates with Airbnb, Booking.com and other portals via iCal (calendars) and does not change prices or listings there. That is enough for a holiday home or a few apartments; if you manage prices on many portals at once, you need a channel manager.

What Resovu is not
Resovu is not a channel manager. It does not change your prices, minimum stays or listing on Airbnb or Booking.com – it exchanges booked dates through iCal. Airbnb reads other calendars only about every 3 hours, so keep a sensible advance notice there or turn off Instant Book. If you run many listings and want to manage every channel from one place, Lodgify, Smoobu or Hostaway fit better. Resovu is for hosts who want their own booking page next to the portals.
