Every apartment, cabin, room or house a guest can book on its own. You pay only for units open for booking.

Do I pay commission on bookings?

No. You pay a monthly price by units. On card payments Resovu takes 0.5 % on Starter and nothing on Professional – you pay only Stripe's fees. The money goes straight to your account.

Can I use Resovu alongside Airbnb and Booking.com?

Yes. Booked dates are exchanged with the portals via iCal, so bookings do not overlap. Resovu is not a channel manager, though – it does not change prices or listings on the portals.

Resovu is not a channel manager. It exchanges booked dates with Airbnb, Booking.com and other portals via iCal (calendars) and does not change prices or listings there. That is enough for a holiday home or a few apartments; if you manage prices on many portals at once, you need a channel manager.

Only active units (open for booking) count. An added unit is charged pro rata for the rest of the period; a switched-off one is cheaper from the next period.

Accommodation is in beta: fully working for real bookings and payments; we keep adding features based on hosts' feedback.
